My role at Toast

My role at Toast is varied and includes Brand Strategy, but my job is much simpler—I help people solve problems. Sometimes, I have to identify the problem, and sometimes, they already know the problem and want me to come up with the solution and help them apply it.

Personal Bio:

Every day is a school day, in the nicest possible sense. I love learning new things, exploring new subjects, and meeting interesting people. This has meant that I have collected various experiences and skills. However, I still seek new experiences, whether walking in the mountains, wild camping in the woods, paddleboarding, trying a new food, or seeking new horizons to point my camera at.

Toast is the perfect place for me and my desire to learn new things. Every week, I meet new people and discover the challenges they face in achieving their goals. This constant supply of fresh investigations drives me to understand new markets and develop unique solutions across content strategy and SEO-optimised content.

Outside of Toast, I like blogging on my site www.awenydd.co.uk about SEO, Content and related subjects.

I am also a Trustee of Llantarnam Grange Arts & Crafts Centre.

Qualifications:

BA (Hons) Corporate Communication from Solent University.

Responsibilities have included every aspect from concept to delivery, including graphic design, copywriting, marketing, production, account management, business development, customer communications, brand/marketing/sales, process improvement, and online/inbound marketing (SEO & PPC).
