A perfect case is the large range of different work we completed on Gatwick’s new runway campaign. To find out more check out this project here.
We do this as a white label service, with the end user not being aware that we do the work, but others are happy to introduce us as their design partner, safe in the knowledge that we will not contact their clients directly or try and steal the work – we know who our customers are and they are the PR agency that engaged us!
Do You Need a Comprehensive Design Service?
Toast has an ongoing relationship with a number of different PR agencies and has an established process and procedure which is used when producing any new materials.
This ensures design integrity and reduces time and costs. Text files are supplied to Toast in word documents and hi-res images are supplied when available, all other images are either commissioned or sourced from royalty-free image libraries.
Once all text and images are inserted into the template, an initial PDF is then supplied for checking. This helps raise any issues with over matter and any other client amends.
Once signed off, Toast handles the print and delivery of the newsletters and supply hi-res PDFs for the printing of the posters, adverts and any other digital online formats. Our professional pop up banner designers can help create pop up stands stands that support and promote key messaging to various audiences.
Results like these speak for themselves..
A fast and efficient process that is quick to turn around, is cost effective that can be delivered on time for multiple projects.
Toast really like working with PR agencies and in our experience, the Top 5 things that a PR agency should consider when looking for design services for PR agencies are:
- Budgets – Do you feel that you aren’t getting the best value for money?
- Time – Is working to tight deadlines and issue for your current agency?
- Capacity – Feeling restricted and unable to feed your designers multiple projects at the same time?
- Client Service – Not getting through to them on the phone or not answering your emails?
- Experience – Does your existing agency seem a little confused with project specifications or are they failing to meet your requirements?
Please keep an eye on our blog as we cover these and many more subjects.
If you would like to meet and discuss your specific needs, then drop us a line and we will organise a time for you to come in and see us at Toast HQ, or alternatively, we can come to you and present what we can do for you and your team.
My title at Toast is Brand Strategy, but what I do is a lot simpler – I help people solve problems. Sometimes I have to identify that problem, sometimes they know already and want me to just come up with the solution and help them apply it.
