LCMB (Low Carbon Maintenance & Buildings) aims to make its client’s buildings work harder through Facilities Management and Energy and Carbon Reduction services. LCMB works with clients to optimise building performance for people productivity, energy and cost.
With the business being 3 years old, LCMB felt that their brand and marketing materials didn’t really represent the business in a true light and were ineffective. The time felt right to take stock and carry out a brand review, so LCMB approached Toast.
Toast carried out a brand strategy workshop to review LCMBs brand identity, looking at their logo, straplines, brand structure and marketing literature.
With a clear understanding of what LCMB does, their offering, the different sectors that they work within, target audiences we recommended that LCMB needed to clearly differentiate what they do for its different audiences as it currently felt disjointed and confusing. This was a simple but effective approach, with a refreshed LCMB logo, different straplines and clear colour coding
Following our review and the refreshed logo design, we then worked with LCMB to put together a suite of targeted marketing materials, for each of the sectors that they work within, alongside engaging case studies. This new suite of documents was now brand consistent and communicated clearly what LCMB does, who for and what the benefits are.
This new approach and brand identity was then applied to further marketing materials and the LCMB website.
