One Heritage Group PLC is a property development and management company. It focuses on the residential sector, primarily in the north-west of England. One Heritage is a team of dedicated residential property development experts who seek to maximise value and opportunities for investors.
Property development brochure.
One Heritage commissioned Toast to create a brochure to promote luxury apartments for a development in Manchester.
The brochure needed to promote and sell the apartments, and Manchester itself, as an attractive destination to live and work. The brochure was primarily aimed at the growing East Asian market.
The design.
The design of the property development brochure followed existing corporate design styles.
We created initial design layouts and developed them to the finalised brochure layout template.
The rest of the pages then followed the design template. We created specialist pages to include the design of a map and gallery page layouts.
The cover included a bespoke line illustration.
