Toast Time does away with the standard hourly charging structure that most creative agencies use.
If you need ad-hoc graphic design services (or any service we offer for that matter) you’d usually expect to be quoted per hour, even for the smallest of jobs.
Toast Time is the pre-bought time that you can use as-and-when you need it and is used in one-minute blocks.
We think this is better value for money.
What makes it different is that we work by-the-minute rather than in blocks of one hour.
This makes Toast Time perfect if you have the odd job that needs doing or have repeat work that’s often repetitive – your designers know how to do it, you just need them to get it done and not charge you a small fortune!
You can buy Toast time in four-hour chunks.
It’s bought in advance, and there’s one invoice (saving accounting and admin time).
When you put in a support request that’s over and above your support contract time, the work is completed and your available Toast Time reduced accordingly in 15-minute blocks of time.
We work on a lot of projects that are artworking-based and usually have limited creative requirements and amends.
Toast Time can be used for any project we work on at Toast, so if you have a larger requirement for bread-and-butter projects, you can use it for that too.
Working in one-minute blocks gives you a lot of flexibility and you avoid paying too much for small tasks.
If the job takes five minutes, you can be sure you only pay for five minutes!
It also means that when you put a call in, you’ve already on our systems, so we can get your job done without delay.
That’s why our clients love Toast Time.
Ok, so there’s no discount on our standard £80 hourly rate, but you still benefit from the minimum charge period of one minute rather than a full hour.
Save £5 per hour when buying 4–8 hours. Perfect for when you’re not sure exactly how much time you’ll use. Remember you can top-up at any time.
This is generally the most popular option for Toast time – remember that it lasts for 12 months, so 15 hours would give you just over 1 hour a month.
Twenty hours is the maximum you can purchase on Toast time. If you need more for one or two larger jobs, you’d be better off if we quote you a fixed cost.
