We aim to be as transparent as possible with what we charge for projects
How we charge.
The price list below represents our minimum charges for most projects. If you’d like to work with us, but don’t quite have the budget for the project, it’s always worth a conversation.
Toast was once a bootstrapped startup, so we know all about running a business on a tight budget – we genuinely want to help where we can to ensure you get the best for your brand.
Now we’ve been trading for over 25 years, we also understand bigger budgets and delivering value, so we typically work on projects from our base rate of one hour at £60 + VAT, all the way up to projects with budgets exceeding £25,000.
How we quote.
We quote a fixed cost for your project against a fixed scope. If the scope changes, so do the charges (up or down), and this makes us flexible and fair. If your project scope does creep, it’s usually only a case of a few additional hours here or there – no nasty surprises, and we always confirm everything before doing anything.
We work in three main ways:
- Design only: when you just need the creative – lowest cost point, quickest delivery
- Design and creative strategy: in-project strategy from the creative team – mid-cost point, longer delivery
- Positioning, strategy & design: thinking first, designing second – highest cost point, longest delivery
